Dr. Adam Hebert

Providing Better Health

From The Inside Out

Dr. Adam Hebert, DC, is a distinguished healthcare provider with advanced training in functional medicine. His approach goes beyond simply managing symptoms — he helps patients identify and heal the root causes of chronic health problems, rather than covering them up with medications. His compassionate care and attention to detail earned him the Healthcare Hero award in his community, chosen over all other healthcare providers.

A proud Cum Laude graduate of Northwestern State University, Dr. Hebert earned his Bachelor of Science in Health & Exercise Science before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Parker University. He also holds a health coaching certification from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, enhancing his clinical expertise with holistic, lifestyle-centered care.

For 18 years, Dr. Hebert successfully led his own healthcare practice before stepping away from in-person care to devote more time to his family, nonprofit service, and mission work. Still, patients continued to seek his guidance. In response, he established a nationwide virtual practice, where he now helps people reclaim their health — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don’t have the personal knowledge to make the right lifestyle choices?

You don’t have to know everything before you start. If you’re open to learning, our mentoring program will guide you step by step along an easy-to-follow path. We provide the knowledge and structure you need to become more independent in your health and avoid the all-too-common dependency on caregivers or assisted living.

What if I don’t have time?

Everyone gets 24 hours in a day. It’s not about having time—it’s about choosing how to use it. Caring for yourself now prevents costly “repairs” later. Eating well doesn’t take longer than eating poorly, and proper exercise only requires about 35 minutes 3–4 times a week. In the end, it comes down to your values: is TV more important, or living a thriving, abundant life?

What if my family isn’t supportive of these changes?

Sometimes loved ones don’t understand or may even resist at first, but this usually comes from a lack of knowledge or trust in whether the program will work. Once they see our proven track record and learn what’s involved, most families not only come on board but also become accountability partners in your journey.

Isn’t eating healthy too hard and expensive?

Eating poorly is actually more expensive in the long run—both financially (with rising medical bills) and personally (through lost energy and missed experiences). Like any habit, it can be hard to change at first, but once you build the habit of healthy eating, it becomes second nature. In fact, many people find a cart of nutritious groceries costs no more than a cart of junk food.

What if I can’t afford a lifestyle program or health coach?

Think of it as an investment—just like education. The return is your health, vitality, and quality of life. At Trulife, we work with individuals at all financial levels, including those on fixed incomes, to create solutions that fit. The real question is: what good is wealth if you don’t have the health to enjoy it?

Will making lifestyle changes isolate me from friends or family?

Not everyone in your circle will prioritize health, and some may downplay your choices (often without bad intent). This is common, but those who truly care for you will support your decision. We also provide guidance and tips for handling unsupportive behavior in a non-confrontational way.

What if my doctor doesn’t approve?

We’re always open to working alongside your doctor or any healthcare provider. The goal is the same: optimize your health. Any physician committed to “do no harm” should welcome approaches that reduce medications and improve lifestyle. Ultimately, you’re responsible for your health, and the final decision is yours.

What if I don’t have enough self-discipline to make lasting changes?

Discipline isn’t something you’re born with—it’s developed. As you take positive actions and see results, it becomes easier to stay consistent. Accountability from loved ones, friends, or a mentor also strengthens discipline. Over time, what feels like “discipline” becomes simple, positive habit.

What if I start a lifestyle program and then give up?

It’s normal to face ups and downs. At first, some steps may feel difficult or even unpleasant, but many people later discover those same actions become empowering. The most meaningful successes—whether in health, relationships, or finances—require persistence. Those who keep going experience the lasting rewards.

What if I don’t feel confident enough to take action?

Confidence grows from action, not before it. The first step is courage—acting even while uncertain. As you learn and practice, your confidence will grow naturally. We provide mentorship, support, and a judgment-free environment where you can feel comfortable at every stage of your wellness journey.

Testimonials

Trulife has truly changed my life. Before starting the program, I was on blood pressure medication and constantly dealing with arthritis flare-ups. Since joining, I’ve been able to get off my blood pressure meds, and my arthritis hasn’t flared up once. My cholesterol and blood sugar numbers have dropped significantly, and the results have been incredible.

I started this journey on January 8, 2025, at 170 pounds, and as of March 31, 2025, I’m down to 150.8. Surprisingly, changing my eating habits hasn’t been nearly as hard as I expected - I haven’t had many cravings, and I feel more satisfied with this way of eating than ever before. I feel amazing, I love the way I look, and I’m excited to keep going. My goal is to lose another 20 pounds, and for the first time in a long time, I truly believe I’ll get there!

Terry F

Since starting this journey, I’ve been able to get off my blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetic medications, and I’ve lost 37 pounds. I’m finally sleeping through the night...up from just 4 hours to a full 8...and I’m noticeably less irritable. My skin and hair look and feel healthier, and most importantly, I feel better about myself because I know I’m doing something to stay healthy and be around longer for my grandkids.

Altogether, my husband and I have lost a combined 80 pounds and eliminated 10 medications. He’s experienced the same positive changes and we’re both so happy with our results - we can’t wait to see what the future holds. If you’re considering taking this step, I’d tell you without hesitation: it’s worth every penny. What you gain from this experience is priceless. You, your family, and your peace of mind are absolutely worth it!
